Shipping Charges: Free shipping within INDIA
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders within India. All taxes and duties are included in the product prices listed on KKashi.in.
International Deliveries:
For international orders, shipping costs will be determined based on the value and weight of the products.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will contact you to discuss the shipping and packing costs.
Once the shipping cost is finalized, we will create a payment link and send it to you via email or WhatsApp.
Upon payment clearance, we will dispatch your order immediately.
We provide an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of purchase.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or on nationally observed holidays.
Shipping Time: Ready-to-Ship Orders
If the product is ready for shipping, we will process and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours.
Made-to-Order Items
For items that need to be created specifically for you, the processing time is approximately 4 to 5 weeks. We will update you on the expected shipping time once we receive your order.
Order Confirmation and Tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the estimated delivery date.
– Once your order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your order using this number and the provided link to our courier partner.
Quality Assurance
– Each parcel undergoes a thorough quality check before leaving our warehouse.
– In case you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately for resolution.
Multiple Shipments
– If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately. You will receive confirmation emails with details of each shipment date.
Delayed Orders
– While we aim to deliver your orders promptly, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order is delayed by more than 2 weeks beyond the estimated delivery date, we will reach out to you to discuss the situation.
