COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Kkashi.in believes that customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor may slightly differ from the actual outfits ordered. The color options offered on the website are an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of KKASHI outfits. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the exact colors of an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered a normal practice, as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different lighting conditions. Colors shown in the catalog may vary from the actual colors of the garments due to the photography and printing process.

RETURN AND ORDER POLICY
At KKASHI.IN, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and ensure that our products meet your expectations. Please take a moment to read our return and order policy outlined below.
1.Returns and Exchanges:
Once an order is placed, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. We have a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
2.Defective or Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we request you to immediately notify us. Kindly contact our customer care team at +91-6304505317 within 12 to 24 hours of receiving the courier. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please share a detailed video and picture of the defect or issue, clearly explaining the problem. Failure to inform us within the specified time framemay result in us being unable to assist with the issue.
3.Non-Entertainment of Issues:
After the specified time frame mentioned above, we will not entertain any issues regarding defects, damages, or other concerns with the received products. It is essential to report any issues within the given time frame to ensure a smooth resolution process.
4.No Returns Accepted:
Please note that we do not accept any returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and received, it is considered final.
5.Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly contact our customer care team at +91-6304505317 to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be entertained.
6.Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on any products or services unless there are exceptional circumstances. If an exception is made, the refund will be provided in the form of store credit or an alternative arrangement agreed upon by both parties.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but our strict return and order policy allow us to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. We appreciate your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 7 days. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Kkashi.in has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Kkashi.in and accepts Kkashi.in decisions regarding the cancellation.
AUTOMATED CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY KKASHI.IN
Kkashi.in generally does not cancel any orders except under the following conditions:
– If stock is unavailable or the order is not processed within 15 business days from the date of order (Kkashi.in holds the sole right to cancel the full/partial order).
– Pin code coverage issue.
– If the address is not specific, Kkashi.in will notify the buyer to update the address. If the buyer doesn’t respond after 2 emails in 3 business days, Kkashi.in has the right to cancel that order, and the entire amount will not be refundable.
– If the order is pending for more than 15 business days.
– When the logistics partner has an issue with delivery and the order is returned to the shipping address, the entire amount will not be refundable.
– Please note that under no circumstance will we be able to return/refund your product once it has been delivered.
If any of the above conditions occur during the processing stage, Kkashi.in has the right to cancel that order and refund the amount to the customer.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS
You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Kkashi.in will be correct and accurate. You shall use the credit card that is lawfully owned by you. In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Kkashi.in. The said information will not be utilized and shared by Kkashi.in with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order. Kkashi.in will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for the use of a card fraudulently will be on you, and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall
be exclusively on you.
