Once an order is placed, it is considered final. No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or modifications will be entertained. Once payment is made (partial or full), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
A minimum 50% advance is mandatory to process any order. Full payment, including shipping charges (if applicable), must be completed before dispatch.
Token Advance: Accepted only as a booking confirmation to hold the outfit. No work begins against a token advance alone. Full/substantial payment (over 50%) must be made within 1–2 days. Failure results in booking cancellation and forfeiture of token advance.
Record a clear, uninterrupted video at the time of unboxing. In case of damage or defect, the unboxing video must be sent immediately to our WhatsApp: +91-6304505317. No complaints without an unboxing video or if reported beyond 4–5 hours after delivery.
We put 100% effort into ensuring perfect fit based on measurements provided via video call or submitted in writing. However, tailoring is an intricate art and minor alterations may sometimes be needed. We urge customers to try the outfit immediately upon receipt. Small adjustments can be handled locally. If required and time allows, you may courier the outfit back for re-alteration.
No guarantee or warranty is provided on any products. Natural characteristics of textiles — colour variation, dye spills, zari discolouration, fabric wear, fading — are beyond our control. This is standard across the designer wear industry.
